CMA Architects & Engineers
CMA Architects & Engineers LLC is an architecture and engineering firm serving Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, United States, and Latin America since it started its operations in Puerto Rico in 1959. The firm expanded to become one of the largest in the Caribbean.
CMA is performing the project design & theming and architecture as the project architect of record and is also providing project engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering and permit management for the Oceano.
The Coral Nursery
Océano commits a portion of all sales to the Coral Nursery. The Coral Nursery is committed to the preservation and restoration of the coral reef ecosystem worldwide. At The Coral Nursery of Puerto Rico, they grow corals 25-40x faster than natural regeneration using the micro-fragmentation method. At this rate, the Coral Nursery able to restore a 100-year-old coral in just two years.
